BATTERIE Exhibited at All Energy

In the spotlight: BATTERIE Exhibited at All Energy

BATTERIE exhibited at one of Europe’s largest Renewable exhibition which took place at Aberdeen All Energy, United Kingdom.

BATTERIE was there throughout the two day’s conference and exhibition where attendees found information on Local, National and Regional activities in green transport, renewables and communities. We had many discussions with the private and public sectors as well as with the member of the public who visited the conference.

Over the 2 days we exhibited we had a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle for display and test drive. Individuals from various sectors including suppliers, service providers and research projects as well as politicians have test drive the vehicle.

Elizabeth Johnson of Pure Energy Centre and representing the Batterie project said: ‘It was really good to attend the conference and share our work at Batterie. We had a lot of interest and met with the Minister for Scotland, Alistair Carmichael, the Scottish Energy Minister Fergus Ewing, Aberdeen City Council Director of Infrastructure Gordon McIntosh and many other such as Councillors from Aberdeen, Orkney as well as member of the public. It is clear that the Batterie project is now firmly on the map’.

A selection of photographs from the event is available below and a link is provided to the hydrogen fuel cell van displayed at the All Energy Conference and Exhibition 2014:
