Our H2 gas storage offer
We offer various sizes of low-pressure hydrogen storage systems based on your requirements. The most common requirement is a single bulky low-pressure hydrogen storage system. But these are now being replaced with much higher pressure hydrogen vessels.
Each low-pressure hydrogen storage system has a valve fitted at its end. The role of the valve is to allow to close the hydrogen vessel or open it. The valve is also used to interconnect the cylinder your applications easily. The types of cylinders that the Pure Energy Centre are the standard: 10 bar, 30 bar, 200 bar, 250 bar, 350 bar (5000 psi), 450 bar, 700 bar (10000 psi), 900 bar (13000 psi) H2 storage cylinders.
Manifold Cylinder Packs – Hydrogen Storage Pack
We offer various sizes of hydrogen bottling systems based on the 200 bar K-Type cylinder. The most common requirements are single Manifold hydrogen Cylinder Pack (MCP) pack of 12 cylinders and 49 cylinders hydrogen storage.
Each hydrogen cylinder has a maximum void space capacity of 50 litres (higher capacity also available – contact us with your requirements) and a hydrogen pressure rating of 200 Bar (other hydrogen pressure available – contact us for more). 200 bar and 250 bar hydrogen cylinders MCP packs (MCP)
We design and manufacture the 200 bar Hydrogen Storage Manifold Cylinder Packs (MCP) to transport and move it easily. Our solution provides an easy way to lift the hydrogen MCP by a forklift and/or crane.
The Hydrogen Storage MCP frame has different types of attachments. For instance, these can be on the top of the MCP to allow easy lifting by crane. We also provide framing solutions at the bottom to allow easy forklift truck access.

High pressure 450 bar, 700 bar and 950 bar hydrogen cylinder
Our high-pressure hydrogen storage solution consists of single or twelve (12) cylinders assembled together into a hydrogen storage Multiple Cylinder Pack (MCP).

We design and manufacture the 450 bar H2 Vessel Storage Manifold. When the cylinder Packs (MCP) is ready, it is possible to ransport it easily. In fact, they are easily moved around by both a forklift and/or crane. The Hydrogen Storage MCP frame has attachments at the top to allow easy lifting by crane. But it also has a frame at the bottom to allow easy forklift truck access. Our Hydrogen tanks and vessels can all be fitted with hydrogen valves. We can provide solutions with interconnected hydrogen pipes for your convenience.

Hydrogen Storage Pod (HyPod)
Our Hydrogen Storage Pod (see below picture example) provides the perfect means to transport hydrogen cylinders without attracting attention. It also allows simplifying the storage of hydrogen from an onsite hydrogen generator such as an electrolyser or reformer. In this particular configuration, we can install the H2 storage system in a 20″ container (possibility for a 40″ container). Such hyPod system provides a safe environment for operating a hydrogen storage within a highly industrial site.
