Manufacturer’s Warranty


The Pure Energy Centre wish to clarify that all warranty issues should be directed to the manufacturer of the goods purchased.  Please note that the PEC are happy to undertake all warranty works when authorised to do so by the manufacturer.

If your equipment is under warranty then all you need to do is to contact the manufacturer of the equipment.

The manufacturer will take your warranty request and follow up with you.

Please do not contact the Pure Energy Centre for any works related to warranty, but contact the manufacturer directly.

Note: Make sure you have your product reference number and proof of any maintenance works. If you are not able to provide proof of maintenance as per the manufacturer’s guidelines, then you may lose any rights to warranty.
