UK, November 07, 2016 – Electrical, Renewable and Energy Storage company, Pure Energy Centre, has become the UKs most northerly company to achieve certification by the UK’s National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC).
The Pure Energy Centre (PEC) has received certification for ‘Approved Contractor’, and ‘domestic installer’ scheme status for the technical ability and high quality of workmanship delivered by PEC’s highly competent workforce.
NICEIC has been assessing the competence of electrical contractors in the UK for almost sixty years and currently maintains more than 28 000 registered contractors. Their Approved Contractors are assessed to the highest standards covering all types of electrical work while the Domestic Installer scheme covers contractors who do installation work in domestic properties
Technical Director of Pure Energy Centre, Dr. Ross Gazey said, “We are delighted to have achieved approved contractor and domestic installer certification through NICEIC. One of our key objectives for the Pure Energy Centre is to ensure all the work we undertake is delivered in accordance with the latest national and international best practice and standards.”
He added, “Through our continuous professional development, we have been able to achieve approved contractor certification from NICEIC which complements our existing Micro-renewable Certification Scheme (MCS) certification. Achieving NICEIC certification clearly shows our commitment to providing high quality services.”
Mrs Elizabeth Johnson MBE, Business Development Manager at Pure Energy Centre said “NICEIC certification illustrates the high quality of work that our staff routinely delivers. It shows both industry and the public that we can deliver projects in compliance with the latest standards”.
She added, ‘We will continue to thrive for excellence and NICEIC certification will certainly help us reach new markets. In fact our latest market is the oil and gas industry, both upstream and downstream. We are proud, in our 10th year, to show that our company keeps innovating within the most stringent and demanding industries. The PEC is looking forward to further awards and to develop long lasting relationships as well as the potential for local transfer of knowledge and technology in the electrical contracting sector”.
